I just want to comment on the importance of physical preparation for the Aikido practitioner. Since when I started my practice I suffered from a lot of pain due to my scoliosis, I had lumbar, dorsal and cervical pain, pain in my knees, waist and sometimes ankles, all this went away with training.
With this out of wanting to appear, I want to comment that I took this exam with an asthmatic state but nevertheless controlling thebreathing all the time to avoid the crisis.
I also want to mention that I was able to perform the movements without thinking about physical restrictions, pain, mobility, etc. And for that reason I was able to dedicate myself to controlling thebreathing and perform the techniques.
It can be practiced without pain, I assure you.
